Dendritic Polyglycerol Amine (dPGA) is a synthetic polymer used for coating glass or plastic cell culture substratum for cell attachment in order to promote cell survival and long-term maintenance.
This product is supplied as a sterile filtered aqueous solution at a concentration of 5mg/ml, 10mg/ml or 50mg/ml. We recommend using a coating solution at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.05 mg/ml.
